Salesman provided great service and follow up. Wasn't 'pushy' as some can be, very timely in his responses. When completing the paperwork, I didn't feel like it was a drawn out procedure. At times, other dealerships feel like they are trying to cook you and wear you out by the end of the process. Very efficient process overall!

We went just looking at upgrading and ended up finding something we loved. When going over warranties we loved Pam and appreciated her not trying to sell us packages we couldn't afford and trying to keep us around our budget. We took the car in a few days later to be detailed and were very disappointed with the results. Update: the detailing was a misunderstanding and Callie got everything taken care of for us. They were very accommodating and we appreciate the extra effort to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We are thrilled with the end result and have a great car for our growing family!
