She interviewed us to determine our needs, wants, and price point, and then she recommended some options. While in the vehicle she explained the many options in a very understandable way and answered every question that we had. We went just looking at upgrading and ended up finding something we loved. When going over warranties we loved Pam and appreciated her not trying to sell us packages we couldn't afford and trying to keep us around our budget. They helped us get everything approved and processed so we could come in and sign quickly on a Saturday morning because I had to be at work.
Was lied to about the condition and history of vehicle. Was told I wasn't allowed to get an inspection because they already inspected it and I had a 15 day 500 mi. Warranty from Illinois if I were to have it inspected and there were issues. I had it inspected yesterday and there is frame damage, modifications, and major safety issues. I am currently working with an attorney and writing a certified letter for Notice of Rescission and Demand For Contract Cancellation. I just want my money back. This is horrible. EDIT: Kevin, the manager, was able to rectify the situation.

Callie was very patient as we were looking at a couple of verhicles and kept on changing out minds. When we did settle on a vehicle got our Sirius switched-got phones hooked up-got the Ford Pass on both phones updated and showed us the instrument panel and how to us. Had to go back next day for brief review and was very kind to show me again how to do the navigation from phone.

Salesman provided great service and follow up. Wasn't 'pushy' as some can be, very timely in his responses. When completing the paperwork, I didn't feel like it was a drawn out procedure. At times, other dealerships feel like they are trying to cook you and wear you out by the end of the process. Very efficient process overall!
